9| F E E L AS SOON AS they arrived at the bunker, Zen showed Jack his room, ignoring Dean's protests. " You can stay here. It's not much but you can decorate it as soon as you settle in.", she says as Jack looks around the room in wonder. " If you need anything just—" " Where do you stay?", he asks all of a sudden. " I—what?" " Where do you sleep?", He clarifies. " Oh. Um, two rooms from your left. Dean stays two rooms from your right and Sammy stays right across from you.", she answers. He nodded slowly and sits on the bed, not really knowing what to do. " Oh! I almost forgot...here.", she says as she hands him a remote. He looks at the device in confusion. " What is this? I saw Dean use this to turn the picture box off." She laughs softly. " It's a remote, J. It controls the T.V. You can change the channels here...", she them proceeds to teaching him how a television works. " It's wonderful.", he says as he watches the moving pictures in awe. She chuckles. " Yeah, it is.", she states as Jack flips through different channels. She then clears her throat. " I'm gonna go see what my brothers are up to. Are you okay with everything?", she asks. Jack smiles up at her. " Yes, thankyou.", he replies. She gives him a smile back before walking out of the room and towards the kitchen, where her brothers were waiting for her explanation. Dean grabbed a beer from the fridge and threw it her way. She swiftly caught it with one hand and sighed. " Start talking.", Dean stated. She took a deep breath before she explained everything. She told them about the first time she realised she had this ability, which was when she found out about angels. The moment she met Castiel, she could feel this surge of power around her. She also told them about the moment she met Dean after he got back from hell. She realised that he had this bright aura surrounding him, she soon realised it was grace...Castiel's grace. Some probably managed to seep into his soul when Cas got him out of hell. " Wait, do I still have this...aura thing around me?", Dean interrupted. She shook her head. " No, It's gone now. Your aura is...different." " How different?" She frowned as she watched the dark red hues surround her brothers. The Winchesters have suffered enough to make their auras dark. Hers was no different. " It's darker now...like tainted blood.", she answered. " We all have tainted auras, Dean. It comes with our line of work.", she explained as soon as she saw the frown on his face. " Why'd you keep all of this from us? We could've helped you—" " I didn't want any of you to see me as a monster.", she answered timidly. " You—You're my brothers, the only family I had that actually wanted me..." Sam placed a hand on her shoulder. " Zen, we don't care what you are, or what ability you have. That doesn't change who you are. You're a Winchester, and Winchesters look out for each other no matter what." " I'm so sorry I didn't tell both of you sooner...I was just scared you'd think of me differently.", she stated truthfully. Dean shook his head. " Don't you remember the times Sam and I had problems? Doesn't matter if it was angels or demons, you were always by our side no matter how shitty life got. Your weird power thing is no exception, we will be here to help you through it no matter what." Sam smirked. " I thought you hated chic flick moments Dean.", he teased. He rolled his eyes and opened another bottle of beer. " Shut up, Bitch." Sam chuckled. " Jerk." Zen rolled her eyes. " Idiots." >•< ZENJA WAS CURRENTLY in her room, laying on her bed as she stared up at the ceiling with thoughts swarming her head. She had told her brothers everything and their reactions had baffled her. She thought Dean would scream at her until he looses his voice. But no, It was the exact opposite. He was calm about the whole ordeal it made her wonder if he was alright. She soon got interrupted from her thoughts when she heard commotion from outside. She slowly got up from her bed with furrowed brows and opened her door. She walks towards the noise and realises it's in Jack's room. She arrived just as soon as Dean walks out angrily. She furrows her brows and slowly walks into Jack's room. She gasped as she saw the cuts on his shirt. " Did Dean—Did he do this?", she questioned as she looked at Jack worriedly. Jack shook his head. " I did." She looks at him confused. " Why would you do this to yourself?" " It doesn't matter, I just heal anyways.", he muttered. She shook her head and walked up to him. " Jack—" " I need some time alone.", he states without giving her a second glance. She ignored him and continued to walk closer to him. " J, come on—" " Just leave!", he snapped. She frowns in response, ignoring the feeling in her chest and nodded slowly. "O-Okay..." She stood in the middle of his room, waiting for him to at least turn around and say he didn't want her to go. But he didn't, so she sighed and walked out the room. " If you need me, you know where I am...", she says but he didn't respond. " Whatever...", she muttered in defeat and left the nephilim alone in his room. Jack twisted his head to look at her but she had already left. He sighed to himself and placed his hands on his head, wondering why her sad tone made him feel guilty. The moment he was born, all he could feel was this pull towards her. He felt...protective towards her, but not just in a friendly sense. He wanted the feeling of her body close to his. He needed her. But he just let her walk away.
