Val started to make her way to her room when she saw Amelia walking down the winding set of stairs with Ashley. "Val!" She called.
Val smiled and quickly wiped the tear from her cheek. "Hello niña." She bent down so she was on her level. "What have you been up to?"
Amelia touched her cheek. "Why sad?"
Val smiled. "Nothing for you to worry about. Sometimes big people get sad."
Amelia shook her head. "You no be sad. It be ok Queen. You see."
Val laughed. "Well thank you I'll try not to be sad." She looked up and smiled at Ashley. "And remember I am a princess not a Queen." She winked at Amelia.
Amelia shrugged. "Everyone keep saying that. Ok you princess. But no more sad. Moon Goddess say it all be ok."
