Marie The next day, after I ate breakfast at Nora's house I told them I'd go home. "Are you sure?" Nora asked. I nodded. "I need to get ready to work." I told her. Nora waved her hand. "No need. Take the day off. Grace can help me today." Nora said. I looked at Grace who nodded her head. "If you're sure, I'll get going now." I said. "Rest. I'll drop by tomorrow." Grace said. I gave her a curt nod before leaving their house. After I left their house, I didn't go back home just yet. I chose to wander around the park. Every step I take, I can feel my eyes water but I hold it all back. The scenes of what happened yesterday kept playing in my mind. I never felt betrayed like this before. It's like the whole world collapsed on me. To think that Nathan, the only person I ever love
