“The thief may decide to break more crystals,” Alex pointed out.
“My men and I will be prepared for that scenario in separating the inmates from the few who’s crystals we still have in our possession,” Andrus assured us.
“That will give us some time to investigate the area around the reeds to see if that might offer some clues to the illness,” Sage suggested.
