KAYA'S POV
I was fiddling with my phone while sitting in the lecture room after spending hours giving my practical exam. Finally, I was done with it! I still can't get this thought out of my mind that Kabir saved me that night from that bastard David. I know that I should have told Dad about that cheap act of David, but I don't want to destroy these sweet relations between Dad and his friend. I just kept quiet about that when called me yesterday.
It is quite impressive that Kabir did not forget his limits and did not do any stupid thing with me. Maybe he is trying to be a friend and not a stupid cheating asshole. Maybe he is trying to normalize his relation with Aanya. Cool!
But, other parts of my heart, body, and soul want him closer to me. He had managed to bring out the new aspects
