Solidifying Cultivation

After lying on the wooden floor for a long time, Jaden finally managed to catch his breath. The genuine happiness plastered across his face was hard to conceal as he tested out his numb legs before once again entering a training posture.

Jaden breathed out gently and slowly closing his eyes he let his thoughts gradually delve into the mysteries of his body.

Inner Vision: a support technique unique to those of Foundation Establishment Realm Cultivator level and above. The greater one’s strength, the deeper one would be able to explore and penetrate the deeper mysteries of one’s body.

His thoughts ventured into his abdominal area, where a milky white palm-sized Whirlpool slowly stirred. Cream-white energy swirled around the Whirlpool in a nebulous mist.

Observing the tiny Whirlpool with his thoughts, Jaden nodded his head –he was satisfied. Although the Whirlpool was tiny, the energy contained within it was more than ten times more potent than what he had when he was 10th Stage Qi Condensing Realm Cultivator!

Foundation Establishment Realm and 10th Stage Qi Condensing Realm had different natures. The energy assimilated before becoming a Foundation Establishment Realm Cultivator was actually called Profound Qi, after becoming a Foundation Establishment Realm Cultivator, the assimilated energy was now known as True Profound Qi!

Though there was but a one word difference between their names, the true difference was more like comparing heaven to earth: completely incomparable.

Jaden consciously directed his thoughts to take control of the Whirlpool. Under its control, a thread of milky white Profound Qi was swiftly extracted from the Whirlpool and allowed to swirl around.

Continuously controlling the Whirlpool, making it spew forth and absorb back the Profound Qi with his thoughts, Jaden’s mastery slowly increased. Only when he was satisfied did Jaden finally stop this game-like training and withdraw his thoughts out of his body.

His tightly shut eyes suddenly opened, revealing a milky white light that lingered for about ten seconds before fading away within his black pupils.

Jaden then opened his mouth to spit out a mouthful of murky and impure air, after which his complexion brightened noticeably. This signifies that he has completely built his foundation and solidified his cultivation.

Rolling his head from side to side to stretch his neck, cracking sounds could be heard which drew out a grin from Jaden. Jaden smiled brightly and said: “Succes".

Next Day,

While having breakfast, Jaden asked his father, " Father, I have advanced to the Foundation Establishment Realm and I want to test my strength. So, I decided to venture into the Magical Beasts Forest to consolidate my strength and also test my skills and abilities."oko

William frowned for a second but relaxed and said, " Well, Congratulations on your Advancement, I am quite happy to hear that but I can't let go right now, you just came back and I won't allow you to venture so far. If you really want to test your capabilities then you can venture into Cloud Moon Forest. It's a few kilometres away from the Imperial City."

Thinking for a minute, Jaden nodded.

Seeing him agreeing, William smiled and took out a metal seal. It was a silver rectangular shaped seal, with the word " Guardian" written on it. "Here take this seal with you, if you encounter any danger this seal would inform me."

Seeing the seal, Jaden frowned."Father, there is no need for this. I'm now a Foundation Establishment Realm Cultivator, I can take care of myself."

William shook his head and said, "I have no doubt in your capability, I have seen your strength in the Annual Clan Assessment, I just want you to have it as a precaution. I have almost broken the promise I made to you mother to keep you safe, I won't let that happen again. Here take it, at least for me".

Sighing lightly, Jaden nodded and took the seal and stored it in his storage ring. Which brought a smile on William's face. After that Father and son indulge in small talks as they enjoy their breakfast.
