Don't Cause Trouble

615 Words
Next Day, Jaden walked through the streets of the Imperial Capital. The streets were bustling with people from all over the Thunder Titan Empire, the market was packed with people who were busy haggling with shop owners, as they bought the items sold in the shop. There were also Cultivators who were either enjoying their meal in a restaurant or buying weapons and Alchemy Pills from High end shops, such as Treasurer Pavilion, Alchemy Stores and Armament Shops. But most of the items sold in these shops were of day to day necessity, such as Medical Paste, Poison resistance pills and low grade weapons. After leaving the marketplace, Jaden moved towards Mount Blue Obsidian, the mountain situated East of Imperial Palace. The region was away from all the hustle and bustle of Imperial Capital. At the top of the mountain, there resides one of the most powerful Clans of the Thunder Titan Empire, The Shiba Clan. The Shiba Clan compound was situated on top of the Blue Obsidian Mountain range. It is a chain of mountains filled with different kinds of flora and fauna. The mountain ranges were filled with various types of Magical Plants and Beasts but there is only one Overlord of Blue Obsidian Mountain and that is The Shiba Clan. Jaden climbed up the mountain at a moderate pace, while climbing he thought of all the possible situations that may occur because of his arrival. He knows that the Shiba Clan has no relation with him as the person born in that Clan was the previous Jaden. When he assimilated with the memories of previous Jaden, he also gained emotional attachments that the previous Jaden had with his Clan. His love for his father and his revenge against Marcus for throwing him off the cliff. But it wasn't just a selfless endeavour, Jaden wanted to take control of the Shiba Clan because by doing that he would gain a massive power and resources that will not only provide him safety, till he became strong enough to defeat anyone but also the massive amount of resources that will greatly benefit in his cultivation. After one hour, Jaden arrived at the front gate of the Clan Compound. Two guards were stationed in front of the massive gate of the clan compound. Both of the guards were equipped with good quality battle armour, they were also holding spears in their hand. Their bodies were strong and sturdy, they radiated energy just by standing there. One of them was veteran in mid forties and had a cross shaped scar on his right cheek and the other guard was quite around two to three years older than Jaden. As Jaden walked towards the entrance, One of the guards stopped him and asked, " Halt, Who are you and for what purpose have you come here". Jaden smiled and replied," Bruce, don't tell me you forget your Young Clan Master. It's me Jaden, Jaden Shiba". Hearing Jaden's reply the young guard burst with anger," Don't speak nonsense, Young Master Jaden fell to his death from the cliff, how can you be him. Get out of here or the consequences will be dire for you". The older guard was cool headed, " Young Man, don't cause trouble here. Do you know our Clan Master had been in grief for months because of the loss of his precious son. Young Master may not have been a cultivator but he was a good and bright child. He had suffered from various issues despite being the son of our Clan Head. Now that he is gone please don't slender his name, Just go and we will forget that this conversation never happened".
