“Well, what do you want to do now?” My sweet little mate looks up at me from under her bangs. She is demure and desirable at the same time, a delicious feast for the senses. I hear her heart rate picked up a little bit, I am sure it’s her nerves kicking in that we are now alone. Her scent is getting stronger, the sweet vanilla scent is deepening along with notes of coffee. The bond itself is really kicking in, all I want is to be closer to her, the need to touch her is maddening.
‘You.’ Zeus howls at me to say it.
‘Wrong answer, wolf, we aren’t there yet.’ I have a lot to make up for before we get to that. I want her to come home first. I won’t have her first time be on someone else’s territory. It has to be meaningful, somewhere of our own.
