There had been a cloud of silence over the ward ever since Peter left. Marshall is not usually one to say much, and Katherine was not in the mood to talk. Katherine took out her phone and quickly glanced over some news on entertainment. At last, she found it difficult to pick up the book once more. If he hadn't come, she wouldn't be fidgeting.
