I had been avoiding Deacon at any cost for the last few days. Yes I have felt guilty about the full thing since it started but there something about the other morning made me feel worse. I have never lied to Penny, until now and I hated myself for it. Deacon had been trying to contact me through texts and calls but I never responded. He was pissed, that was clear from the text messages but why can’t he see how wrong it is?
I had been doing a great job of avoiding him up until right now. Penny was stopping by his place to get a charger off him since hers broke and she decided I was coming with her.
“I will wait here, you head in.” I said as we pulled up outside Deacon’s place
“Don’t be silly come on in, will only be five minutes.” She smiled
