I walked out of the house ignoring the gazes of Damon and Claire.
I took my car and drove to Jake's office where he would be working and we agreed to meet since that is where the information is available.
And it will save us a lot of time looking for the information I require. Hence, the office is a good place to meet.
Anyways, I would have agreed to meet Jake wherever he wanted, after all I had managed to offend him during the week I was having a transition.
It was embarrassing facing him again but I needed help and so I mustered whatever courage I had to talk to him.
