Liv and Ash were beyond relieved to see Madison. They immediately pulled her inside and handed her food and drinks and repeatedly asked if she was okay despite her assurance that she was just fine. Madison accepted their overbearing kindness knowing that they felt somewhat responsible for the events that had unfolded. Cillian came in a few minutes later, dressed and in human form and took some food as well. He looked at his sisters, made eye contact with Madison, and rolled his eyes. Madison smiled slightly.
“I was more worried for you guys at the cave,” Madison said. “I wasn’t the one being attacked and bitten.”
“Thank god for that. Who knows what would happen if they had bitten you?” Ash said.
