BRIANNA'S POV
I looked at Jonas in shock. Why on earth would he say that?
Well, it doesn't take a genius to know why. Jonas was obviously intimidated by them. Maybe this was his way of showing that he was still the boss around here. It was pathetic, really. I don't know what I ever saw in him. If not for that stupid mate bond, I would never be attracted to someone as arrogant as he was.
"What?" Kelvin said.
Jonas stepped forward with a smirk on his face "You heard me. You and me, in a battle. Unless you're too scared"
Kelvin clenched his fists. I could see his breathing increase as his chest heaved up and down heavily. From the mate bond, I could tell he got annoyed by Jonas' comment.
It surprised me a little. Kelvin seemed calm and nice. I never saw him as the type to get angry
