BRIANNA'S POV
Seeing Anthony was the last thing I expected. My heart leapt at the sight of him. I felt surprised to see him and also relieved that he had come to save me.
Anthony's presence was commanding. His usual calm and goofy demeanor had changed. I could see his eyes blazing with anger.
"Anthony?" I whispered, not sure if I was dreaming.
He didn't respond to me immediately. Instead, he kept his attention on Lilith, who was now visibly trembling. Anthony dropped her hand with so much force that she stumbled back. Lilith had a look of sheer terror on her face. I'd never seen Lilith so frightened.
