Nova stared blankly at Cassidy as she rushed out of the mall. He had almost slipped up when he said he had come to the mall to see her. Good thing he was able to think fast and come up with an excuse to cover it up. Cassy should not find out about his obsession with her just yet. That would ruin his perfect plan and he could not afford that.
“Since I am already here, why don’t I just grab a few things for myself before heading out.” He thought to himself and turned to the shelves, browsing through for anything tangible that would appeal to him.
