The entire city of Nashville buzzed with news of Dave and Cassidy working on a new project together. Cassidy, who had tried her hardest to stay out of the spotlight, had pictures of herself plastered all over the news.
Clusters of reporters, thirsty to squeeze out details of what this new project was about, flooded the entrance of the Payton Company as well as the Lionel Corporation.
The contract had been signed behind closed doors with only a few people present as witnesses. Could it be that the reporters were just too good at their jobs or someone had intimated them about it?
She would never know.
