“Cassy, Cassy.” Dave screamed after her as she walked away.
“I’m sorry sir but you cannot do this here.” Nora tried to contain him from further causing a scene but Dave would not listen.
Cassidy suddenly halted in her steps and turned to face them. “Nora, call security. If he refuses to leave of his own free will, they can by all means apply some force.” Cassidy dropped the bombshell, a defiant expression etched on her face.
Dave’s lips parted in shock upon hearing Cassidy’s words. A sharp pain pierced his heart as his eyes met her cold, icy ones. “Ca..” he tried to form the words but the shock pushed back the sentence in his throat.
