Point of View from Yudistira Chandra's perspective.   Yudistira Chandra. That was my name. I am 22 years old, but this was not my first time working. I went to school in the USA since graduating from elementary school and at 17 years old, I had managed to get a bachelor's degree, which was usually obtained by young people at the age of 22 when they graduated.   I was a genius so I attended the acceleration program in formal schools. Together with my friends, I built a computer software company based on Android games on a smartphone application. We got a lot of money from it.   I went to school abroad since graduating from elementary school. So, I'm used to living with western-style behaviors. I loved computers so much that since elementary school I had been able to create a variety of simple games. Unexpectedly, the game that I made so booming in the market at that time and brought extraordinary benefits. This alone had made me a rich teenager from my efforts.   Before building my own company, I worked for several well-known technology companies in Silicon Valley. Who did not know Silicon Valley? This valley was a gathering place for tech gods and giant technology companies in the world such as Google, Apple, f*******:, and others. I wished I could meet Steve Jobs there. Too bad he already passed away when I started working in Silicon Valley.   After several months working there, in Silicon Valley, frankly speaking, the job made me bored. After I learned about the work patterns and challenges that were there, I was disgusted by the daily office politics that made my brain went dumb slowly. I faced technical challenges related to technology in my daily task, but the management bureaucracy disgusted me with all the dirty political plays that hinder the creative work.   Fortunately, I met with colleagues who have had the same vision as me from these companies. We became friends and business partners later on. They had complementary intelligence and abilities that I needed. Their young rebelling souls were hunger for bigger challenges, just like me.   Because of that, with our courage and guts, we built our own start-up company. Yes, we were built it from zero. We grew it to going public and became IPO Company. After that, we could sell our shares to the general public.   In the past year, I had been building fintech applications to defeat similar fintech applications such as MoneyLion, GoPay, or Ovo.   I started the company by attending a pitching session as an obligatory selection process with the elevator speech method held by investors from venture capital. Imagine if you were in an elevator with some potential investors and before you got out of the elevator you could make them agree to disburse funds for you.   Yes, just did 2 minutes business presentation to them and get the first funding of 3 million USD, for series A funding, the initial funding series that was usually disbursed by investors. Simple and easy.   The predatory-faced investors were willing to disburse funds to the company and the application that I developed after they saw how much the company's projected value after my business reached the point of scale-up.   What was scale up? This was the moment where your business was growing so rapidly and so drastically that your products could be mass accessed. That was, when your product was-accessible everywhere, multiple benefits would come.   Boom! Suddenly, you became so damn rich. Hahaha ... the most favorite part that I liked.   Money and power in a moment were in my hands! So easy!   The valuation of my company's value on the stock exchange was very high when the business was rapidly growing and it became a cash cow to make as much profit as possible. Good investment, wasn’t it? They funded me with small money and they could sell my company at a higher price and a lot of profit.   Of course, after success, I used to make an exit move from my start-up business elegantly and the investors happily acquired it. I used to sell my shares to investors to take over my company. They loved to get a ripe business, and I loved to get a lot of money. It’s a win-win situation.   Develop new business, get funding from investors, scale up the business, make company valuations double or triple, sell the company to those who want to acquire the company, exit the company with a lot of money. It's easy, right? I've done it many times since I was 17 years old.   I didn't count how many start-up businesses I had successfully built and sold with high value to investors. Money was not a big deal for me. My friends also helped me with our business empire from year to year.   From here, I had money to make a new start-up business. With my history of success, the investors handed me the money without any questions.   If you asked how many women who threw themselves for me to date it felt like countless. I enjoyed their offer to taste their beautiful and sexy bodies for several nights since I was a teenager.   Then, that’s it. Our relationship usually ended in one week. They were all boring and our conversation didn't go anywhere. There was not enough smart girl who could keep up with my brain and kept me interested in her. And also, I forgot their names. They were not important to me anyway.   The women were interested in money and my success, but not in my brain or my conversation. Well, they were also interested in my good looks and my well-built body, of course.   I didn't want to be known as a geek attached to the image of IT people. I shaped my appearance in such a way that my looks were good and my body was sexy enough to tempt many girls.   Well, of course, you were wondering why I was sitting in the lobby of PT Gemilang Gelora in Jakarta, and applying for a boring IT job that far below my brain level?   The answer was easy. A few months ago, I found out that my grandfather died. He was declared dead due to drowning in a single accident. His body slipped and was carried by the river while fishing.   Puh! A very full of lies! There was something covered up. I didn’t buy it. Not a single word!   The family in Jakarta refused to do the autopsy and further investigation, then decided to cremate my grandfather. When I arrived in Jakarta, I only found the remaining ashes. Most of the ashes have been stocked at sea by family members residing in Jakarta.   Yes, my beloved grandfather was Surya Gemilang, owner and founder of the Gemilang Jaya Group.   Maybe you were wondering why I was not in Jakarta and join the family business? My father was the eldest son of Surya Gemilang. But because he had a weak body from birth, my grandfather did not give the family business to my father to handle. He had congenital heart disease so the pressure of the business world was not good for his health.   My father lived on inheritance and lived his hobbies by painting. A simple life and far from the lunge of business was a life that suited him. Together with my mother, my father lived in the USA to get the best medical care.   When I was three years old, my grandfather asked my father to call me home to Jakarta. I lived and raised my grandfather for six years. Yes, I attended an acceleration class so I graduated from elementary school at the age of 9 years old.   Grandfather loved and spoiled me as the eldest grandson in the family. That's why with unwillingly, he returned me to the USA to get a better education by the capabilities of my brain.   Grandfather Surya knew my talent from childhood and let me experiment with my hobbies. He was the first investor for a business that I had built myself since childhood. But because I was not old enough, my mother was asked to become the owner of a company from the Android game business that I had built since I was young.   Sometimes Grandpa took me to attend business meetings he attended. From there, I learned a lot about business and also the character of people. Because I was a child, they often thought I was invisible. So, they freely talked about their dirty secrets without fear of getting caught.   I happily enjoyed their stupidity while eavesdropping on their dirty secrets. Of course, this was an advantage for my grandfather, because I used to report what their rotten plans on Grandfather Surya.   Grandfather was very proud and dear to me. He called me Yudi. Other grandchildren were often felt jealous of me. Of course, I had to protect myself, so I acted cutely and pretend to be stupid in front of them. Only my grandfather knew how smart I was.   With my closeness to Grandfather, there was no way I could ignore the fact of his sudden and strange death. Moreover, the family in Jakarta seemed too hasty to cremate my grandfather's body without waiting for my parents and me to come.   I could only stare at the rest of the grandfather's ashes which were placed in a small jar. The warmth of Grandpa's smile and pride on me still felt in my heart. It felt so wrong when he was in danger and I was not by his side.   My eyes filled with tears when I saw the ashes arranged neatly in the urn. My pain was so deep and I cried in silence. I didn't let others see my tears, and I just put a cold face in front of my extended family.   If I knew Grandpa was in danger, surely I would immediately come to help him. I also did not understand what happened so that in one year the family business was destroyed and taken over by the Wicaksana family?   My mother had warned me not to interfere with Gemilang's business, and my grandfather said that was part of business risk. Grandfather consoled me by saying that all the family members were fine and could still live well enough even though the business had been taken over.   Who would have thought that Grandfather Surya died pathetically?   No, I will not stay silent!   I'll kill anyone who has conspired to take away Grandpa's life!   I'll take back the business that Grandpa has built from nothing! I swear!   So, here I was, sitting bored until I waited my turn to be called in the recruitment process for Gemilang Gelora Company, which did not belong to my grandfather or my family anymore.   Since a while ago I became a beta tester of some android applications made by my own company and noted some bugs that still appeared in the application. I put some notes and sent them to my teammates. I used to be one of the people who tested my products. Not bad, this job could make me kill the time while waiting productively.   But how careless I was that day! My smartphone battery was dying and I forgot to bring a charger cable or power bank.   Suddenly the young woman sitting next to me handed me a power bank. I appreciated the initiative. This was the help that I need right now.   I received her help, then exchanged cellphone numbers. Her face looked a little tense, but she looked beautiful and sweet with thin makeup. Her face reminded me of Asian artists who were cute but seductive.   Her clothes were pretty neat with a bright young khaki suit and blazer. Her hair hung down at her shoulders and her eyes seemed to have a glimpse of anger. I had no idea to whom she was angry, but none of my business.   Her name was Yuri. Her body was slim and notched beautifully. I estimated her bra size was B cup. Well, it was not too big, but quite tempting. Her buttocks also looked sexy and curvy like a Spanish guitar. Her eyes look determined and her smile was full of confidence. It looked like she's the type of warrior woman and hard worker, not a gentlewoman who needed to be protected.   From the aura emitted somehow, I found a similarity between her and myself. But I didn't know where the similarities were? She was attractive in my eyes and I wanted to know her better. It seemed like maybe I could be friends with her.   Moreover, she applied to the Internal Audit department. This area was created to look for cases of fraud within the company so that illegal or financial fraud in the company can be exposed.   Maybe it's useful to be friends with Yuri. She could help me with my investigation of the depravity of this company. How interesting!   I had saved her cellphone number and I would launch my deadly stance to be friends with her.   Yuri, I wanted to be your friend! Please wait for my action!
