Eric and Liam only ordered a slice of pie to eat. After they were done, I could go home. I was bringing back Eric’s debit card to the table when Liam spoke to me.
“Do you need a ride back?” He asked me.
“I got Anthony’s car. I’m good.” I told him.
“Let Eric take it back, ride home with me.” Liam said.
“Ok, give me a minute. I need to cash out and grab my stuff.” I told them.
I got settled with the restaurant and then got my stuff. I said my goodbyes and met Liam and Eric outside.
“It is freezing out here, why didn’t you wait inside?” I said to them.
“We play in this s**t, we are used to it!” Eric laughed.
I handed him Anthony’s keys, and said “I’m not, I need to get in a vehicle to warm up.”
Liam chuckled and opened up his truck door for me.
“Scoot over.” He said climbing
