The first day of the Quest

The celebration has started regarding the hunter's quest. The whole arena was stacked with several people who came to cheer for the people who are taking part in the quest. All the kings have arrived along with the rest of the guests with their families.

Jane had arrived along with the Duke and family members. They were provided with special guest seats from which they could see the entire view of the arena. At this time David had also arrived along with Lily. Her grandpa had left for the king's castle to discuss the matter of the attack of the wild beasts yesterday night.

'' I am your referee for this year's hunters quest Lark, year as always Hunter's quest has started, and I very much welcome everyone here for coming here. King Christopher hasn't arrived yet, for now when he arrives we will start the tournament. And now I will announce the participants for this year's contest '' says the referee.

'' It is held every year and this year many new people have joined to take part, top hunters are selected every year to work in the royal family and national places like the court. ''' Seems like all the participants have arrived, on the right side we have the winner of the previous contest Mr.Wisely ''' referee Lark announces. All the crowd cheers for him. He was a man with a monster-like huge body with stern-looking eyes. ''' What do you think will you win this year's quest too you have been unbeatable for three straight years? '' the referee asks him.

'' Yes I very much think that I will win this year too cause no one has been able to beat me all these years, I have absolute confidence in myself no one can stand up to my body and strength '' Wisely replies.

''' So Wisely is very much confident in his strength and ability, next, we have Mr. Hook who lost to the Wisely previous year, do you think you will be able to win this year defeating your opponent? '' Lark asks. In his reply Hook says '' I believe that this year the contest will be a little bit different from previous year cause many new people are joining and the prize is desirable so I will try my best to win this year ''.

'' Alright, next we have ... the artisan Mr.Cooper he also lost in the previous year to Mr.Wisely what do you think about your chance of winning this year? ''' Lark asks. '' Well everyone seems powerful like before but this year I will try my best to win I want the prize ''' says Cooper.

David comes forward all the participants were eyeing him from top to bottom. All the crowd was shocked that a little boy of nineteen was about to take part in the hunter's quest. '''' How about it David? this is the first time you are taking part in it do you think that you can win? ''' asks Lark.

Then they all stop laughing. ''' Time will show us who is the true winner at the end of the five-day contest, who will take back the final prize home that's what we will have to see '' says Lark''. ''Anyway let's welcome the next participant and that is also younger than David please welcome Rock ''.

Then appears a young man with his head covered with a cloak. ''' His real name or details are unknown to us all anyhow this begins the start of the five-day quest, let's get this started '' Lark announces.

The crowd is now fired up. '' Who is this mysterious man ? he seems kind of similar to me do I know him? '' David thoughts '' anyway I will have to concentrate on my battle first ''.

''' And at last, the king has arrived in the arena now let's welcome him by getting up '' Lark says. King Christopher has arrived along with the other kings. ''' I am very much honored to be able to arrange this hunter's quest every year I am extremely glad that so many people have arrived here to watch this fight sit down with you all. I have invited kings from all the other countries to watch this royal battle I very much hope that all the participants will show us a good fight to watch right? ''' the king says.

Everyone cheers up. ''' I wish all the participants bless and success may the muse of war be with you ''' the king sits down.

''King has given us the green signal now the first battle will begin after I explain the rules don't be disappointed '' says Lark.

''' The competition will be in a different way than before from the previous ones this year the first battle will be in archery we will give all the participants bow and arrows then will begin the first battle we will put them in groups. In the first group Cooper and Rock and in the second group we have Wisely and none other than David '' then he groups the other participants.

In total there were more than ten groups. Everyone was waiting for the fight between Wisely and David. ''' I didn't think that I will be put against that old dude. I hope I can win '' David thoughts to himself. ''' I will tear you down to shreds ''' Wisely thoughts glaring at his opponent.

'' The first battle starts from the end of the row meaning the end let's begin the battle now ''' Lark declares. Then begins the first round. At this time Jane was sitting with her family and all. ''' .

'' And this King reminds me like someone I knew before, who's he? how can understand if I knew him or not before? ''' .

'' If I try to get up from here then they will ask me so many questions and this what will I do now? I need to talk with that boy and learn whether that is my Jane or not '''.

Liam noticed this behavior of his sister who was looking intently at the young man in the arena. '''Dad '' Liam calls . '' What is it son ? '' the duke asks. ''Can I enter the quest too? ''' he asks. ''What? why? why do you want to participate ? '' the duke asks.

'' Please dad I want to enter in the final round and win against that boy David no matter what '' Liam states. ''' But will the king permit it? ''' duke asserts. ''Of course, he will you talk to him when we are in the castle and I will participate '' Liam says.

''' Alright then. I will consider telling the king about this but I don't know whether I will succeed or not so don't hold expectations from me alright ? '' the duke asserts. '' I will show this boy I am not any less than him and then I will win the heart of my dear sister, she will be happy in my arms and I will be the big brother she earns for '' Liam thoughts to herself.

At that time, Queen Isabella has also arrived along with her son prince Adrian. She sits on the crown and starts watching the match. The first battle has already started and one winner was selected the crowd was fired up by the first match.

Jane ( David ) was trying various methods to get near David but she couldn't succeed. Only it was on the second match that she was able to make an excuse like leaving for the bathroom. It was when she was about to go near the arena and calls for David she came upon the prince of the country prince Adrian who was also going to the arena along with his guards.
