"Hehe," noticing Mo Wen staring at him, Lot chuckled awkwardly and leaned closer to me, "I wasn’t just flirting; I was looking for sweet snacks for you."
"Snacks?" I glanced suspiciously at Lot, realizing he seemed to be enjoying himself.
"Why did you take so long?" Just as I was thinking this, I suddenly heard a sultry voice.
Looking up, I saw a blonde woman swaying her curvy hips as she walked over. Her white, low-cut, tight-fitting top accentuated her chest, and her golden mini skirt barely covered her ample backside. "Darling, I’ve been waiting for so long," she said, approaching Lot and playfully clinging to him.
Lot effortlessly wrapped his arms around the blonde, teasingly sticking out his tongue to lightly lick her fair neck. He turned to Mo Wen and smiled, "Are there private rooms in the bar?"
The woman giggled and playfully dodged him, as if ticklish.
"Yes, but be careful not to make a mess; cleaning up can be quite a hassle," Mo Wen replied with a smirk.
"Oh, you’re so bad," the woman replied, swaying her hips and continuing to flirt.
With a glance at Mo Wen, Lot chuckled and led the blonde into a private room.
"What are they doing?" I blinked in confusion, looking at Mo Wen.
"Good child." He reached up to gently pat my head and smiled, looking alluring like a rose. "It's something interesting. Do you want to see?"
"Uh? Um." Unable to resist his seemingly magical gaze, I instinctively nodded.
Taking my hand, Mo Wen led me into the dark private room.
Inside, the low sounds of moans and light teasing filled the air. In the dimness, I saw the blonde woman half-naked in Lot's embrace.
In the darkness, watching her fair neck, I licked my lips slightly.
Seeing me at the door, Lot smiled and gently bit the blonde woman’s neck.
She struggled slightly, then slowly closed her eyes, as if falling asleep, a faint smile still lingering on her lips, her moist lips slightly parted, letting out a sensual sigh.
As Lot slowly licked away the crimson liquid from his lips, he looked at me, his aristocratic face stunning and enchanting in the darkness.
I stared intently at the woman sprawled on the couch, her golden hair cascading down. Her head was tilted back, and on her pale neck were two bite marks, dark red liquid slowly flowing from them.
"Time to eat," Lot smiled, his blue eyes narrowing.
Watching the dark red liquid trailing down her fair skin, I realized I was parched, the small room filled with the sweet scent of blood, radiating a deadly temptation.
"Good child, go ahead," Mo Wen gently pushed me.
The feeling of hunger twisted in my stomach as if under a spell, and I walked eagerly to Lot's side, lowering my head to eagerly suck from the source of the dark red liquid. The warm, sweet liquid slid down my throat; as I tasted that delightful flavor, I couldn’t help but suck vigorously, completely unaware of the blonde woman's growing terror and pallor.
"Enough." Lot raised his hand and pulled me into his embrace.
Still savoring the taste, I looked up at Lot, confused.
"You can’t drink dead people’s blood; it’ll upset your stomach," Lot chuckled, his cold, slender fingers lightly gliding over my lips.
I saw bloodstains on his fingertips.
Instinctively looking down, my pupils constricted sharply. I saw the blonde woman's pale face, the last trace of terror frozen in her features, still looking horrific.
"It seems you were really starving," Lot chuckled as he casually brushed aside the now rigid corpse. "But even though it's food, be gentle; you scared her."
"Is she... dead?" My voice trembled slightly.
"Looks like it," Lot said with a low chuckle.
I suddenly jumped up, taking a step back, instinctively wanting to flee. In my panic, I bumped into Mo Wen, who was standing at the door. I glanced back at the rigid blonde woman on the couch.
"Looks like your little princess hasn’t realized what it means to be a bloodline yet," Mo Wen said, supporting me and smiling at Lot, his enchanting features eerily beautiful in the dark.
Lot shrugged and laughed, "What a lovely reaction, don’t you think?"
"You've stained my carpet," Mo Wen lazily glanced at the blood-stained luxurious carpet.
I shook off Mo Wen's hand and hurriedly fled the "Night Charm" bar.
I... killed someone.
But I was hungry.
Out of hunger, I killed. So... am I still human?
Looking up at the cold moon above, I realized I had almost forgotten the warmth of the sun. That warm feeling—was it gone forever?
Slowing my pace, I turned my head to look at the night scene by the street, the neon lights flickering amidst the countless temptations of a lavish life. Unknowingly, it grew darker around me as I walked into a dead end in an abandoned park.
I heard a branch snap behind me and instinctively turned around to see a middle-aged man standing there, his appearance rather sleazy. I frowned instinctively and took a step back; his gaze made me uneasy.
"Hehe..." As he got a good look at me, his eyes brightened, and he grinned, revealing a mouthful of stained teeth.
"Get away!" As he took steps closer, I backed away until my back hit the cold wall behind me.
Before long, the middle-aged man stood right in front of me, crudely pinching my chin with one hand while the other began to undo his belt.
"What do you want?! Get away... hurry up!" I exclaimed, struggling violently.
"Damn, you feel cold like a corpse," the man growled as he roughly tore off my outer coat.
With a rip, the sleeve was shredded.
"Forget it, you’re so pretty, I’ll make do; even if you’re really dead, I’ll still want a taste..." His filthy words became increasingly inappropriate.
Feeling his lewd hands all over me, I screamed.
I didn’t notice when the moon emerged from the thick clouds, bats silently circling above.
Gritting my teeth, I calmed myself, lowered my head, and silently opened my mouth, biting down on the man's throat...
"Heh, bite away; I love it when women bite me..." His flirtatious words abruptly stopped as the middle-aged man's face turned pale with terror.
After a while, I released my bite.
He crumpled to the ground like a deflated balloon.
"Ah... a... vampire!" The man suddenly screamed, his voice piercing through the silence of the abandoned park, sounding eerie.
Looking at the cold corpse on the ground, I wrapped my arms tightly around myself and slowly crouched down. In a daze, a black cloak draped over me, and I looked up to see a pair of blue eyes.
"Lot..." I murmured, unsure of what I wanted to say.
"Poor child." Lot brushed my cheek and picked me up, turning to leave the park.
Leaning against Lot, I blankly turned back to look at the corpse I had drained of blood. Just moments ago, that arrogant, vibrant person was now nothing more than a cold body, his eyes wide with terror, still frozen in that last expression.
"Don't look." Lot tightened his hold on me, wrapping me more closely in his embrace.
I obediently lowered my head, allowing Lot to carry me away from the park.
