Sofia took excessive care of Davion, so much so that he could move his upper torso and neck after a week of returning home. His pelvic fracture would take three more weeks to heal and it would take him almost three months to stand on his own feet. Regular physiotherapy would allow him to walk thereafter but the muscles around his pelvic girdle and his legs could take almost a year to heal. It seemed like a tremendous battle ahead of him but Davion didn't give up hope. He wanted to walk before his daughter was born.
