Chapter Five

Hyacinth's POV

"Hi, once again Grimoirians!" The MC said while holding the microphone.

"For those who survived... Congratulations on passing the leveling!" She spoke. Tumingin ako sa labas ng arena, kakaunti lang ang mga taong nakatayo at puno ng mga sugat at pasa, karamihan sa mga nakahandusay sa sahig ginagamot ng mga healers. On what I see, walang namatay, pero maraming mga nawalan ng malay.

"You are already students of Grimoire Academy!" She said. Maraming naghiyawan sa tuwa. Pagkatapos mag announce ng MC, humarap sya samin. At nagsalita.

"All of you come with me please" Nakangiti nyang sabi samin at sa mga royals tsaka nagsimulang maglakad. Kumapit sa braso ko si Cindy at hindi ko pinansin ang royals at nagsimula na kaming maglakad.

Habang naglalakad kami, pansin kong dinadala nya kami sa papataas ng stage kung nasaan ang mga grimoire captains. Pagkapasok na pagkapasok pa lang namin sa stage nahagip na agad ng mata ko ang lalaking yun. Nakangisi sya sakin habang pinagmamasdan ako. Nagbow ang MC sa grimoire captains at pumunta sa gilid at may kinuha papel tapos humarap ulit samin.

"Alam kong nagtataka kayo kung bakit ko kayo dinala dito, I brought you guys here 'cause you guys are the chosen ones to join the grimoire captains' squads" she said while smiling at us. Grimoire Captains' squads?

"At ang grimoire captains ang pipili kung saang squad kayo mapupunta, so get ready guys" she said again. Niyakap ako ni Cindy, pinat ko lang ulo nya.

"We did it, Hyacinth!" She said. Ginulo ko lang ang buhok nya at inilingan ko lang sya. God, she's acting like a child, that makes her super cute!

"Cindy Celene..." The MC said, then tumingin sya sa mga grimoire captains. At may nag taas ng kamay at nagsalita.

"She's mine" Sabi ng isang nagiisang babaeng grimoire captain sa pangalawang upuan. She's a red-haired girl with brown eyes. Ang masasabi ko lang, sobrang ganda nya kahit walang expression ang mukha nya.

Tumingin ang MC kay Cindy.

"You'd be joining Captain Rosaline's squad, the White Roses, Cindy" Sabi nya at tumingin ulit sya sa papel

"Vienne Scott..." The MC said. Nagkunwari akong walang narinig at inilagay ng scabbard sa balikat ko.

"That Scott kid is mine" Sabi ng isang grimoire captain na nasa panggaapat na upuan. His handsome looks are accentuated by his green hair and green eyes.

"You'd be joining Captain Hendrix's squad, the Black Scorpio, Vienne." She said again.

"What the-Why that squad?! No! I want to join Captain Seb's team!" She reacts. I just rolled my eyes, what a spoiled brat.

"Zeref Handerson..." MC.

"That boy is joining our squad, Zane" Sabi ng lalaking nasa gitna ng mga grimoire captains. He has silver hair and cyan eyes. He also has a breathtaking face like that handsome jerk.

Then that zeref guy has blue hair and yellow eyes. Well, his description is cute to me.

Kumikislap ang mga mata na tumingin yung Zane sa lalaking yun at nagsalita. "Hello Zeref! You're joining the Royalties, you'll be in Captain Sebastian's care and, by the way, I'm your senior!" She said with sparkling eyes.

Umubo naman yung captain nila at sinenyasan yung si Zane. I think she's older than us, so I'll call her Ate Zane. Apologetic na tumingin si Ate Zane sa captain nya tinuloy ang pagbabasa ng pangalan.

"Ezekiel Handerson..." She said, then tumingin sya sa lalaking may yellow hair at blue eyes.

"That man is joining us" Sabi ng lalaki sa pangunang upuan. He has a handsome face with ash hair and starry black eyes, though he gives off a snobbish vibe.

"Ezekiel, you'll be joining Captain Draven's squad, the Dark Eagles..."

"Zaiden Evans..." She said while looking at the man at the back.

Napatingin ako sa tinitingnan nya. Natutulog yung Zaiden sa may upuan at mukhang walang pakialam sa nangyayari sa mundo. Despite his hood, I can see that Zaiden has gray hair. I cannot determine his eye color because he is asleep.

"That weirdo is mine," The handsome jerk from the fifth seat said boredly.

"Okay, he will be joining Captain Killian's squad, the Fallen Angels" Sabi ni Ate Zane.

"And last but not least.... Hyacinth Silva..." She said. Napatingin ako sa kanya ng banggitin na nya ang name ko.

"She's mine..." Captain Rosé

"That girl's mine", Captain Draven

"Zane, satin sya" Captain Sebastian

"That girl is mine", Captain Hendrix

"She's mine..." Captain Killian

Naalimpungahan kami ng gulat ng sabay sabay nagsalita at nag taasan ng kamay ang grimoire captain. Napataas naman ang kilay ko.

"Are they serious?!"

"What the-What so special about that lowly b***h?!"

"Woah!"

"This is freaking cool, first time in grimoire academic history!" React ng mga Royals.

"Uhmm how about this... Let her decide what squad will she pick?" Awkward na sabi ni Ate Zane ng naramdaman nya ang tensyon sa paligid ng mga captains. What the, why me? Nagulat ako ng magsalita si Captain Hendrix.

"Hey kid, join my squad-" Captain Hendrix said pero hindi ko sya pinatapos.

"Sorry captain, I might only be able to kill one of my squadmates when your group is the one I choose..." I said seriously. I might kill her if her face is the one I see every day.

I'm dead serious.

"Y-you...!!" Vienne reacted but I just rolled my eyes at her.

"Hahahaha! You're really interesting! You must join-" Hindi na natuloy ni Captain Hendrix ang sasabihin nya ng may mga yelong bumulusok sa direksyon nya. Captain Draven's magic and powers are overwhelming...

"Ms. Silva, if you join my squad, I will forgive you for insulting the image of the royal family..." Captain Draven said while lowering his necktie, but I looked coldly at him. A royal huh? I suddenly lost interest in joining his squad.

"Captain Draven, right? You just give me a reason why I don't need to join your squad", I said seriously.

"How about my squad?" Captain Rosaline asked. Sasagot sana ako ng nagsalita si Captain Killian.

"Rosé, that brat must be mine." Seryosong sabi nya. Captain Rosaline just rolled her eyes.

"But I want her in my group as well, Kill," Captain Sebastian said while smiling at him.

"This f*****g bastard really pissing me-" Captain Killian pero hindi na natuloy ang sasabihin nya ng nagsalita si Captain Rosaline.

"You two shut the hell up, that girl is mine, I'll just make her the vice-captain of my squad..." Sabi ni Captain Rosé habang pinaguuntog ang ulo ni Captain Sebastian at Captain Killian.

WHAT?!?!

Vice-Captain?! Just imagining myself being vice-captain makes my head hurt! They are all annoying, "Array!! That's unfair, Rose. You said we shouldn't make a bad impression in front of kids, but what did you just do to us...." Captain Seb said while rubbing his head, the same as Captain Killian.

Captain Seb has the most dangerous aura but---most of the Mages like him have terrible and badass personalities..... But his personality is the opposite. Hinintay naming humupay ang awayan nilang tatlo hanggang sa tanungin ako ni Captain Sebastian.

"Hyacinth, I really wanted you to join my squad... but can I know why you hate royals so much?" He asked, na tahimik ang paligid, at ramdam ko ang pagtingin sakin ng mga royals pati na sila Cindy at grimoire captains. Nagbago ang aura ko at bumigat ang atmospera sa paligid.

"It's simple... 'Cause all of them are unreliable, arrogant, ignorant, unrealistic people..."

"All they care about is just their pride..."

"Nothing at all, nothing less" I said blankly to them while looking at them one by one. Na tahimik ang paligid dahil sa sinabi ko.

"That freaking bitch...!!"

"That girl is so fearless..."

"Yeah, even she knows she might lose her head, she doesn't care" Dream on, even the gods can't take my head.

"Who do you think she is..." Can these royals shut their mouths?

They are so f*cking annoying.

"But Hyacinth, not all royals are the same as what you think-" Naputol ang sasabihin ni Captain Sebastian ng magsalita si Captain Killian.

"Hahahaha! Just admit defeat Seb, the fact that your squad and Rosé's squad have a bunch of royal brats will never change, she will never join your squads." Nakangising sabi ni Captain Killian sa kanila. So that's why his asking, well obvious na din naman sa pangalan ng grupo ni Captain Sebastian, Royalties, Royals.

"I guess I'm the one who's keeping you, interesting brat..." Nakangising sabi sakin ni Captain Killian.

"Whatever, I don't have a choice anyway..." I said to him in a poker-faced face and tone.
