Zina’s POV
Lunch was great and for the first time I didn’t feel angry at all the women trying to flirt with Elijah because his attention was fully on me. There were times before when we went out and he’d flirt back with the waitress and all but today he gave me his undivided attention the whole time. When the waitress flirted with him, instead of flirting back as usual he told them, “I’m going to decide after my girlfriend decides” and smiled at me, ushering me to order. I corrected him and told him I’m not his girlfriend but she just nodded and smirked while adding ‘yet’ to correct my sentence.
I ordered a lobster salad while he ordered bluefin tuna sashimi style. When our food came he made sure to share some of his food with me even though I told him my salad was plenty but he insiste
