9 Completely aside from her new plan, Zoe itched to find out just what the car could do. The engine’s throaty rumble begged to be allowed out to play. It ran smoothly, in perfect tune, but it had so much power she could feel it vibrating the car right through the seat and the steering wheel. It was a vehicle that begged to move super-fast. And they were crawling behind a horse cart. The two-wheel cart had been piled high with someone’s household belongings: a dresser, bed, some bags of clothes.
