C36- The Alvedum

Jasper's POV

The vampirette dodges my punch from my right hand. Her elbow hit my right arm from the bottom while she got my hand by her other hand and twisted it, pressing my nerve point. I cried in pain and my body feels weak when she pressed the point of my nerve in the back of my hand she twisted. Her left arm hit my chin and she throw me to the ground. I hiss in pain shaking my arm to ease the numbness from its pressure. I hissed to her. She smirks at me. Then I run towards her, making a round turn in the air, and kicks her head, but the vampirette caught my leg, twisted it to break, pulling it while she kick my jaw, she released my foot but her celerity (supernatural in speed and agility) punch my chest. I crashed landing on the big trees in the left direction. I felt my chest broken, so I coughed blood. I feel my backbones broken, too. Oh, Moon Goddess. She's that strong? I look at her angrily. My red eyes become slit and I disappeared, making my invincible attack but the vampirette, to my surprise, turns around and makes a roundhouse kick on my ribs. I appeared again crashing on the ground. This time my ribs were broken. I crawled away from her. Her strength is different than the usual I encounter. I feel that her strength is match the coven and councils that feared most in the world. I cannot continue fighting her if I love my life. This is the truth I realized at this moment. So I didn't dare to attack her.

"W-who are you? How did you know where I was from attacking you? Why you are so strong?" I said, fearing her.

"Well, you are not in the position to ask questions. For now, I want you to be silent." She smiles evilly.

"N-no. Don't kill me. I was just following orders and hungry!" I confessed, pleading to her.

"Oh, let's make a deal then. Shall we?" She said. Anything that I can be alive is okay with me but I have my second thoughts.

"Uhm.."

"I don't take no. Or I kill ya! Do you understand me?" She said. My eyes grow wide when Alvedum appeared on her hand. Although this was my first time to see this kind of stake, I saw this in an ancient book, I can't remember the book's name, thousand of years past.

"N-no! No! Don't kill me, please." I continue crawling. I knew this vampirette is not my opponent nor she is my opponent. I am about to stand and run when she appeared beside me, pulled my hair, and pointed the Alvedum at my heart.

"Now, do you want me to push this stake straight to your heart or make a deal with me?"

"Yes! Yes! I will make a deal with you." I answered back with fear. This woman is ancient, I think. She is powerful, I guess, most powerful than the most fearful coven in the world. Why? She has the sacred ancient Alvedum. Only the powerful vampire that can collect or have sacred ancient things or items, can do this. Even the most feared coven in the world will not match on her. I had never seen ancient items in the coven. Ancient items disappeared a long time ago, after the war. And this vampirette she has one. How come? Who she is? Where she gets it?

"Ok, that is sweet of you," I snapped at my thoughts when I heard her. She smiled and her eyes turned to sky blue colors. She looks at my hands and a lightning-cuffed appear on my wrists. How does she do it? This vampirette is unbelievable. I should know her more.

"Now, that is our first deal, come on. Let's make chitter-chatter with my friend." She told me as she grab my collar and we disappeared from the forest.

We appeared in the living area of someone else's house. I smell wolves. People here looking at the vampirette are wolves. Why she is with these wolves?

"Holy cow!" As the man, dropped his glass. It shattered on the floor with water. A woman opens her mouth in the air, the boy ad the girl jump on the couch. While the man in front of me who emits a powerful aura of an Alpha put his hand on his chest.

"Oh, moon goddess! Don't appear like that, will you? My heart almost fall. Goddess!" The Alpha said. The man beside him chuckled. I smile secretly at what happened. I feel her release my collar, pushing me on the floor, then all of them look at me.

"Oh, well! Well! A vampire. Fledgling?" The man behind the Alpha asked.

"No. He is not a fledgling. He is a skilled vampire."

"Oh!" The two exclaimed in unison.

"So what is his sin, then?" The man with Alpha said, walking circling to me. He smirks. Putting his hands on his hips

"Hmp! He wants to kill a young woman and a man a while ago. They are both humans." They look and snarl at me. I just staring at them.

"I brought him here, to extract information. So don't kill him for now. He said that he was following the orders and hungry." The vampirette said, crossing her arms above her chest.

"Good. Thanks, Tiffany. Warriors! Put him in the dungeon." Alpha said. So her name is Tiffany, I said to myself. Two warriors grab me to put me in the dungeon, still, I have no complaint.

"I'll go with them Alpha Daniel for this one is not an ordinary vampire," The vampirette said. I arch my brow. How did she know? Why does she say so that I am not an ordinary vampire? What does she mean?

"Sure," Alpha said.

" Me, too. I'll go with you." The man with Alpha said.

We go outside the house and I quietly followed them. They put me in the dungeon.
