Tiffany's POV
I did not use my car way back to the hospital. I transformed myself into a beautiful Mariposa. My wings are black on the edges. The rest were curve shapes of blue, white, and purple colors.
I flew from my balcony and go to the hospital then to the third floor to go to the room of Mr. Olsen. The glass window was closed so I changed to shadow. I entered the room, under the cctv camera.
I transformed into my human form and clicked my fingers. The cctv camera was now under my manipulation. I will not be visible to the camera for now. I walked towards Mr. Olsen who was in a deep sleep.
The time is 11:10 pm when I glanced at the wall clock. I cast a white smoke. The smoke follows my command. It covers the whole body of Mr. Olsen. His body was merged with the smoke circling in the middle of the room.
After this, I transformed into a black shadow and lead the way outside the window and the white smoke followed me. In the meantime, since the camera was under my manipulation, the body of Mr. Olsen is still sleeping in the video.
Outside, I swirled with my white smoke, and in the blink of an eye were gone. I teleport with Mr. Olsen to the forest where there are animals to eat for a fledgling like him.
We appeared in the middle of the forest. I lay down Mr. Olsen on the grass, he was still unconscious.
I heard the cascading rivers and falls. I sat ten meters away from Mr. Olsen and looked up at the cloudy sky. It will rain, soon. As the wind blew its coldness to my skin and playfully flirted with my hair, I sighed.
I heard the heartbeat of Mr. Olsen starting to beat erratically. So, I stayed on guard. Soon, he will be a fledgling. The moon was covered by clouds but its luminescence gives light to the night's dim sky.
After a while, Mr. Olsen's body is trembling. He holds his neck as if someone was choking him. His eyes and mouth wide opened. I watch him as he transforms into one of us.
"Aaaaaahhhhhh!" His scream echoes in the forest. Some birds flew because of the frightening sound.
He gasps, running for his breath. He was pained when crawled onto the ground. I walked slowly towards him. He looked at me with a horror face. His nerves on his were almost popped out on his skin. His eyes and his nerves were bulging. He wants to say something but he can't speak because of the unbearable pain he was experiencing with.
"Just let it go," I said softly. I kneeled my one leg to him. I moved my body slightly to make closer contact with him.
"Just let it go. Don't resist. It will be more painful when you resist it. Just let go and relax your body, and you will be ok." I said. He nodded to send me messages that he understood me. I tapped his cheek twice before I stood up and step back a few steps while watching him with a poker face.
Then his body felt relaxed after he 'let go'. Afterward, he was panting. I tilted my head and crossed my arms, tapping my foot on the ground as he was in the last stage of being a fledgling.
He closed his eyes, then opened them again with a red slit on his eyes appeared. This is a signal that he should be fed.
"Ok, come on, it's finished. You hungry?" I grabbed his collar after asking him. He nodded, he couldn't still speak. He just only made a hissing sound.
"Come on," then I teleported with him to the area of forest where he can feed.
We saw a big deer. I guess this was enough of him to feed.
"Now, go. Eat." I told him and let go of his collar. He ran for the deer. His speed was unbelievable, he caught immediately the deer and sunk his teeth into it. The deer struggled to live but to no avail.
After he completed his feeding he looked at me. Some blood in his mouth dripping. He wiped it with his arm. His eyes were black now. He breathed in normally as a vampire does. He looked at me in confusion.
"You want to say something?" I asked. He nodded.
"Come with me," I said. He followed me. We stopped at the side of a river.
"Clean your mess," I said. He did what I said. He put his two hands under the river to fetch the water and splashed it onto his face to wash. After that, he dried it with his jacket.
"S-so, what happened to me?" He asked me. I stared at him for a second before I sighed. I crossed my arms.
"You are like me now. You turned into a vampire." I said.
"W-what? No! It's not true!!!" He hysterically said. He stepped backward until he fell and sat on the ground. His face couldn't believe still on what I said. I rolled my eyes.
"If you don't believe me, then why you sucked all the blood of an innocent deer until it died?" Raising my eyebrow at him. Still, my arms crossed, staring at him.
His face was perplexed. His mouth said something but no words came out.
The wind blew, and the rain started to pour. After minutes of silence between the two of us, I heard him saying;
"How do you know that I will transform into a vampire?" He asked.
"Well, I am your doctor. I went to the emergency room the moment they called me to save you. I noticed your wounds, scratches, and bites on your neck. I don't know how you will take this new event in your life. Is this bad or good for you? Supposedly you were dead. I wished it. But you survived your death so this made you turn into a fledgling." He snapped his head to look at me, not caring that the rain poured into his shirt and body.
"So that's how you knew."
I rolled my eyes at his stupid question.
"Of course, I knew! As I told you before...I am a vampire... you were turned like me, a vampire, aren't you?" I said to him impatiently. He silenced.
"What is fledgling?" He said afterward. I deep breathe.
"Fledgling means a newbie vampire like you. What happened to you before the accident? Care to share?"
He sighed and stood.
"Ok but first, can we go to your home? I mean I don't know if I can go back to my family for now or what." His shoulders were low and he looked like a mess. His eyes were sad mentioning his family.
"Yeah. Come on. Be a good vampire." Then I grabbed his arm and teleported to my house.
