Elijah
Immediately when I see the snow start to fall outside the window, I get an icy feeling in my body. Something just doesn't feel right at all. It's a lot of snow and it lays peacefully like a cover over the ground, the trees, the grass, and the flowers.
"Look Babygirl, the first snowfall", Kathy says softly to her baby daughter, standing right beside me, looking out of the window. She's cradling the little girl as she looks out of the window with big eyes.
"Yeah", I say, still, with the bad feeling in my stomach, I can't put my finger on what it is though. "The first snowfall".
