Auden's POV
I reached for her throat, tightening my grip around it, listening to her struggling to gasp for breath. As I stared at her right now, I didn’t feel bad for strangling her, nor did I feel regret. It made me realize that indeed, I never cared about her for once.
“Where the f**k is she then?” I growled in her face before releasing my hold on her throat. She crumbled on the ground at once, choking and gasping for breath. Tears were streaming down her face as she struggled to speak.
“I- I don’t–” She gasped out and I crouched in front of her and grasped her throat again.
“Do you think I’m joking right now? If you refuse to speak, I’m gonna break your throat, and you know I never go back on my words.” I growled out the last words and she shivered before bursting into tears once
