As soon as I head outside, I look for Bryce. The pack yard is pretty empty compared to an hour ago. "Bryce, where are you at, man", I link him. "I needed to go for a run. I'm out by the waterfalls" he says. "I'm coming to meet you", I say and cut the link. I shift and Phoenix takes off.
