Chapter 58

Vardhan mansion:-

Everyone is tensed for Mukti and Abhi entered into mansion both are looking so messed up.

Mrs.anjali Vardhan;- Mukti Abhi are you okay?

Mukti:- ya mom, i am okay

Manik noticed, worried behaviour of mukti and Abhi

When Aliya about to ask question to Mukti Manik signalled her to not ask anything.

Abhi got message notification from his channel, the village is facing huge floods, there is no death but people injured badly due to the collapse of their houses..all are suffering from the injuries and lost their shelter in floods.

Abhi:- Mukti, I think you need rest..and Nandu, Allu stay her with Mukti.

They both nodded as yes.

Remaining family members are Doubtfully looking at Abhi..as he hiding something or guilt, his nervousness saying about that.. without asking anything all left their homes and rooms..expect druv, Manik, cabir, Harshad ..as he passed the message to everyone.

Druv:- I think they need us .. cabir, be at home ...and Harshad, Manik goes along with Abhi.

Village :-

No rain, but its effect reflecting on the village

Expect one or two houses..all most, entire houses in the villages melted in the floods..and collapsed.

There is no evidence of the people ..and some an injured badly and stuck in between the collapsed houses ..Abhi and Manik helped them ..to come out .some how saved their lives but some people are fighting between the life and death. from children to elder every one is badly injured.

Call conversation:

Harshad:- cabir.

Cabir:- ha Harshad.

Harshad:- can you bring Nandini here along with medical kits.

Cabir:- okay

Manik and Abhi helped most of the people to come out of it struck ..and made them go inside one of the ancient temples to get shelter.

Druv comes with the ambulance .. immediately Harshad sends the people into the ambulance who are struggling in the death and life ..Afreen parents also effected more ..and it becomes difficult to breathe for them...Afreen watching them without blinking her eyes..she is not understanding what to do.. at least how to walk ..and leg is badly injured ..just weeping silently.,by seeing the surroundings ...and after few minutes ambulance is left and druv followed the ambulance to care of them.

Everywhere the darkness occupied in their lives .. there is no evidence of the smile ..expect tears and pain, fear of facing tomorrow, fear of their survival.hanging in between the oozing blood and tearful pain.

Manik ..arranged bonfire in the temple.. people sat around them.

Meanwhile, Nandini comes there along with the medical kit.

Nandu eyes are fallen on Afreen.

Nandu:- Afreen.

Afreen blinked her eyes looking at Nandu and whispered "Nandu".

She about to get up.,not able to balance to take step..when she about to fall, Manik took her into his arms walked towards the Nandu.

Nandu handover one of the kits to Harshad and started doing the treatment the people.

Nandu:- Afreen ..! ( She wept her tears ).

She is still in the manik's arms.

Afreen:- mom...Dad ( she started crying ).

Nandu:- don't worry Afreen, you are the strong girl right, definitely, they will come here otherwise we both will go to see them okay.

Afreen:- okay.

Manik held leg Afreen, while Nandu doing the first aid ...and she is clinging to Manik.

Nandu moved towards everyone ..to give treatment along with her bhai.

Manik handover the afreen, to Abhi...

Afreen:- Manik bhai ..I am feeling hungry.

Manik looked everyone ..their condition also same like Afreen ..but they are not in a condition to feel it or say it aloud.

Manik phoned to arrange the food for the people and send the location.

Within a few minutes, some people come with food items and arranged a small tent to everyone to serve everyone and cabir helping them ..in sitting properly, Manik and Abhi serving the food.

After having food ..all sat randomly in the temple and lost completely in their own thoughts.

Harshad, cabir, Abhi went to the hospital to look after them leaving Nandini for there for the emergency purpose of the people..along with Manik.

Nandini and Manik sat together on steps looking at the surroundings the marks of the floods on the village and people, both are lost their own pain.

Afreen ..:nanduuu...( She stretched her hands towards her .)

Manik signalled Nandu to sit ..and lifted Afreen and made her sit between Nandini and him.

Afreen:- I am scared.

Nandu:- why.

Afreen:- don't know ( she said hugging Nandu's hand ) tears are escaped her eyes .z

Manik:- Afreen ..!

She snuggling more into Nandu.

Nandu made her sit on her lap..and Afreen thrown her hands around Nandu neck...Nandu patterning her head.

Afreen;- say something to make me sleep

Nandu;- started singing song...it's spread like magic to everyone..lost themselves in deep peaceful sleep.

Manik Looking at her ..and her hidden pain in her eyes.

Manik took Afreen made her laid lied down properly ..and tucked her properly ...and comes back to Nandu..placed her hand on her shoulder.

A teardrop escaped from her eyes..her eyes are stuck on the surroundings.

Manik sit beside her ..and side hugged her ..and she burst out in tears letting out her pain..which she going through by seeing everyone.

Manik: ussh ..! Nandu! Arey listen don't cry ..( he eraised her tears )

Harshad and cabir comes to their taking Nandu name.

Nandu rubbed her tears ..and walked towards the Harshad plastering with a casual look.

Harshad; nandu it's 5 am go home and take a rest, around 7 or 6 am some of the doctors and medical students will be here to look after them.

Manik about asks their arrangements.

Cabir: I will take care of them Manik ..and druv needs you ..he will be waiting in the Malhotra industries.

Manik nodded as.

Harshad:-cabir take care ..and Abhi also join you after a few 2 hours ...I will back after 2 hours.... should pick up Navya.

Nandu and cabir ( surprisingly ) Navya !!

Harshad:- actually she wants to surprise to everyone but it's not the right to surprised so I released it.

All became silent as they understand.

Expect cabir all left the place.

As brothers,  sisters are also hid, pain or tears from their brothers..it's doesn't mean that they don't trust or don't want to share ..it's just small possessiveness towards their brother, that they should not hurt by their seeing their sister' s tears.

Sometimes the situation demands..more than the emotional, the responsibility dominant not to share...here more than her tears ..she gave importance to people pain.

Some times it's necessary that, to let out the pain ..somewhere to lose the burden of the heart ..when someone is there to handle, them.

The reason behind her outburst in front of Manik

We can't stop the rain and the destruction, we don't have such things in our hands..but only one thing in our hand is to give helping hand to the people who are suffering

Every Strom in life followed by the rainbow, always hope for the rainbow the things which get after a struggling are more beautiful than Rainbow.
