According to the Necromantress, the next Ritual was located on the other side of the Harold Golden Bridge. It seemed to be located near the Golden City First National Bank, which was just a few blocks away from the first Ritual. It seemed odd to me that Obadiah had set up the first two Rituals so close to each other, but I couldn’t complain, honestly.
