A long time ago sometime in the 90s, Cloves wasn't peaceful or quiet. It was in ruins from crime, chaos, and danger. It wasn't even a town. It was an empty space, an empty void infiltrated with destruction from the outside.
From the nearby city of San Francisco, a war between two mafia crime lords had broken out. Members were shot, killed, and there was so much bloodshed. It got so bad that the Ozone gang wanted to end it altogether but the Hazen gang was determined to obtain power and control. The Hazen gang was able to kill the entire Ozone gang which had hundreds of members. Therefore, they became the most dangerous gang ever to exist in California.
