NATASHA’S POV
I think it's safe to say that today was a very successful day at work although I must admit that things did almost get out of hand for a little while when the lady Ms. Scott tried to throw a tantrum. However, it did seem that she was happy when she left, and although I was confused by what exactly it was that made her happy I was glad that she had decided to let the whole incident go and enjoy her night. I didn’t really do much to appease her, if anything I did a lot that could have pissed her off but instead of being upset with me she seemed to be pleasantly surprised by the way I had handled it.
