NATASHA’S POV
The following day was my first day at work and thankfully Adrian was on time. I had been so worried that he would be late because he had seemed so absent minded when I saw him last night. He actually seemed to be in a very good mood today and I assumed he had dealt and solved with whatever it was that was stressing him out.
After Adrian dropped me off and left me with Brian, I was introduced to the rest of the workers and they all seemed to be welcoming. I was a little worried because even though I had told Brian that I didn’t have any experience as a restaurant manager he seemed more convinced by Adrian that I was the perfect person for the job.
