They finally reached the house and thankfully no SUV in sight. She sighed in relief and got out the car.
Lia was playing with a toy as she took her out of the car. Lilianna locked the doors and walked towards the house.
Once inside she sat Lia in the living room and turned on the TV for her. Lilianna walked into the kitchen and search the fridge for something to eat.
She settled with some macaroni and cheese. She boiled it and then took out two plates. One for her and one for Lia.
She took the plates over to the living room and sat them on the table.
"Time to eat." She said and picked Lia up off the floor.
