"Nicoli." She sighed, looking at him.
"You don't have to say anything Lilianna. I understand. I am a dangerous man and I need to stay away you and my daughter. It’s the right thing to do." He said with no emotion in his voice.
She opened her mouth, but closed it back not knowing what she was going to say.
She sighed and she nodded her head.
"The check is on your desk. Goodbye and have a nice life." Nicoli said before turning and leaving.
"Like he said, ‘it’s the right thing to do’." Seriana said, wrapped her arm around her.
"Yeah." Lilianna mumbled and left the room.
Lilianna found Annie still outside with Carina.
She took her and after thanking her, she walked to her office.
She sighed as she shut the door. Carina sucked on her fist and Lilianna didn't bother stop her.
