“I’m sorry again for what I acted.” Lisa bowed her head again and she looked around their room. “Um, you can sit...there, while I clean up my mess.” She pointed at the other bed and she quickly removed the piece of clothing that was laying on the bed. Jennie sat on the bed which was now hers. She felt the sheets with her hand. She looked at Lisa who was now struggling with her things. “Um, do you want me to help?” Jennie offered. “What? No, I’m okay. Thank you.” Lisa sheepishly smiled as she put all the things she gathered on the side of her bed. She sat comfortably on her bed as she heavily sighed. “I’m sorry this room is a mess. I wasn’t informed I’m gonna have a new roommate.” She scratched the back of her head. “How many times should I hear you apologize?” Jennie chuckled. “Oh.” Lisa laughed. “It’s my fault anyway so...I’m sorry.” There was an awkward silence between them. Jennie didn’t know what to say anymore so instead, she looked around the room to be familiarized. While Lisa, she found herself staring at Jennie who was busy examining their room. She found her cute. When she realized what she was thinking, she looked away embarrassingly and tried to shook the thought away. “Is that the bathroom?” Jennie pointed at the door close to the main door, Lisa looked at the direction and nodded. “Yes.” “Thanks. I’m gonna change first.” Jennie smiled and opened her luggage to get some clothes then she walked inside the bathroom. When Jennie was inside already, Lisa put her hand on her chest as if she’s feeling her heartbeat. Her heart was beating so fast and she didn’t even know why. Was it because of Jennie’s smile? Or was she just feeling sick? “You alright?” Jennie asked and Lisa looked at her, her hand still on her chest. “What?” Lisa asked. “Um, your hand’s on your chest. Are you feeling something?” Jennie became concerned and Lisa quickly removed her hand on her chest. “N-no. I’m fine.” Lisa quickly answered. “Okay.” Jennie dismissively said. “Where can I put my things?” “Um, there’s an empty cabinet.” Lisa pointed at the cabinet beside Jennie’s bed. “Thanks.” Jennie bowed her head and started unpacking.
