My Dark Alpha

Dark Moon

It’s eight long hours before we arrive at the Dark Moon pack. Alpha Damon didn’t try to talk to me the rest of the ride which I was happy about. The gates to the pack are gold with a large black moon in the middle that breaks in half when they open. The pack house or should I say mansion is beautiful. It’s all white with black shudders and large double doors with golden knobs at the entrance.

“Do you like it?” Alpha Damon asks me.

“It’s very beautiful, Alpha Damon.” I tell him honestly.

“Princess, your my mate please just call me Damon.” He smiles at me. He has a nice smile.

He opens his door and motions for me to get out, I slide across the seat and hop out. A large man comes running at us from inside the house.

“Princess Arora it’s so nice to meet you! I’m Alpha Damon’s Beta, my names Clark.” He wraps me up in a hug.

“Oh, well it’s nice to meet you too Beta Clark.” I laugh.

“Please just call me Clark, I’m so happy you’re here. Mr. Grumpy here has been waiting for you for a long time. Come on everyone is waiting inside.” He grabs me and pulls me with him.

When we walk in there are lots of people waiting to meet me. It’s overwhelming.

“Clark I need to talk to you now.” I hear Damon say and he sounds pissed.

I am standing awkwardly as all these people stare at me smiling, except one man who looks like he’s never smiled in his life. A young girl probably around my age comes running up to me.

“Princess we are all so happy to meet you. I know you’ve had a long drive and this is probably overwhelming so I’ll introduce you to everyone quickly. I’m Damon’s sister Helena and over here are our parents Rick and Elle.”

“Oh honey it’s so lovely to have you here. We were beginning to think Damon would never find his mate.” His mother says to me.

“It’s so nice to meet you. You have a beautiful home.” I say because I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to say. She gives me a bright smile and we go to move on to the next person when Damon comes in.

“Princess Arora and I have had a very long trip and the last thing she needs is to be overwhelmed with all this. Everyone will meet her in due time.” He motions for me to come with him and I gladly comply.

We walk up three flights of stairs to the very top floor, his room is on the left wing. We walk into his room and it takes me a second to take it in. The walls are painted black and covered in beautiful paintings. His bed is huge with red silk sheets and comforter. He has a whole living room in his bedroom. Three beautiful red leather couches in front of a fire place with a large TV hanging above.

“We can change anything you don’t like. I seen your room at the castle so I know this is probably not your style” he says to me.

“I may not be here in 6 months so I’m not going to make any changes to your things.” I tell him.

He walks over to me, reaches up and touches my face. I feel sparks explode and for the first time the bond is really affecting me.

“Please don’t think that way Princess. I am going to try my hardest to show you I am not a bad person. The Moon Goddess blessed me with you.” He says as he rubs my cheek.

I am lost for words and all I can do is nod. He turns and goes into the bathroom. I hear the shower start running so I make myself comfortable on a couch and turn on the TV. I’m watching a reality dating show when Damon comes out of the bathroom. His hair is still dripping wet and he’s only wearing black sweat pants. His stomach chest and arms are covered in tattoos of wolves running wild and different moons. He looks f*****g hot. I feel my mouth go dry and when he looks up and makes eye contact I can feel myself getting wet. He flares his nose out as he walks over to me.

“You know I can smell when you’re aroused, right?” He says with a wicked smile.

“I..I..I need a shower.” I say and bolt for the bathroom.

“No witty comeback this time, Princess?” He laughs.

I slam the bathroom door shut. I have never been so embarrassed. I turn the shower on as hot as it’ll go and get in. His shower is amazing, and I realize I didn’t bring any of my things in the bathroom with me. It’s either use his or yell for him and ask him to bring me my products. I settle on just using his because I’ve embarrassed myself enough for one night. I finish my shower, grab a towel and realize I also didn’t bring any clothes with me in here. I go crack the door.

“Damon, can you bring me my suitcase I don’t have any clothes.” I ask him.

I hear him laugh. He brings the suitcase and drops it by the door. I open it up and am thankful my mother actually packed things I will wear. I pull out a big shirt and shorts. I walk out of the bathroom and Damon is sitting on the couch with two trays of food in front of him on the table. The smell on the food makes my stomach growl. I hadn’t even realized I was hungry.

“I asked the kitchen to bring us up some food. I figured you would be hungry.” He says.

“Yes, thank you I’m actually starving.” I say and he smiles at me.

It’s a burger with fries and a fruit cup on the side. When I bit into my burger its was so delicious I let out a moan. I saw Damon stiffen up. Then he clears his throat.

“I was thinking tomorrow I could take you on a tour of the grounds if you would like.” He says.

“Yeah I would like that. Your sister and mom seem very nice.” I say

“They are great. I wish they would’ve chosen a better time but I am glad you got to meet them. They were so excited when I told them about you.” He says with a smile

“I’m assuming they don’t know about the six month agreement do they?” I ask him

“No and I’m hoping I won’t have to tell them. I meant what I said, I’m going to work hard to win you over Princess.” He says

“Tomorrow is a good start.” I say to him with a smile.

“We should get to bed, we have a long day tomorrow. Do you have a side of the bed you like to sleep on?” He asks

“Umm.. no my bed was really just big enough for me so I slept in the middle. You can sleep on the side you usually do.” I tell him.

He gets in on the right side so I walk around to the other side. His sheets are insanely soft and the comforter is too. As soon as I lay down I feel my eye lids getting heavy.

“Good night, Princess.” Damon says

“Good night, Alpha.” I say as I fall asleep
