I was in and out of consciousness while waves of pain radiated through me especially my back by my shoulder blades. Every time I came around I could hear shouting, someone freaking out it was different each time, and Thurstan telling everyone to calm down.
The last time I woke up and was able to figure out what was going on only Lucifer and Thrustan were in the room with me. “H-Hey.” I croaked and looked at them half lidded.
Lucifer had been pacing at the end of the bed. As soon as I spoke he was kneeling in front of me pushing Thurstan and his seat to the side. “Raelynn, how are you feeling? Still in pain?”
