Lia $125.72 was all I had in my account this morning. Walking around Morton WIlliams Supermarket, to find some things cheap to eat for the week, was so depressing to me at the moment. I looked in my cart at the milk, butter, the block of sharp cheddar cheese that I was splurging on, bread, cereal, and beef ramen noodles. I knew I needed some protein. Calculating the cost and tax in my head, I felt I could get two pounds of hamburger and that would leave enough for a case of Pepsi, some canned veggies, and a couple gallons of gas to put in Misfits truck, until I could find a way to make more money.
