Sir Derek and his friends had asked about Brielle, since she was absent. I had to lie to them that she wasn't feeling too well, just to cover up my stupid Beta's actions.
"Oh, do send our greetings to her."
"I will," I promised, escorting them to their cars.
Once they were gone, I immediately called the authorities over, so they'd come and investigate the disaster made inside the company.
