To my disappointment Gray wasn’t at the ranch, so we couldn’t spend the evening together. Instead, I decided to cook a frozen dinner in the microwave and enjoy a Jack and Coke, then I made the drive to Bass Street and The Mystic Garden to meet Lee Barker, our florist.
Bass Street was well known for its many churches, three funeral homes, and two florists. The Mystic Garden was about eight miles away from Glock Ranch on the back roads.
