Chapter Thirteen:
When we walked in the cafeteria nothing happened, that’s right nobody stared, No dead silence sweeping the room nothing the room stayed filled with conversations ebbing and flowing no one gave me a second glance. We walked through the line and I was pleased to see Orange Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Won Tons, and Eggrolls, it definitely made up for the lacking lunch. I heard Tasha’s displeased mutters as I filled my tray. This was my favorite meal of all time and to be able to have it for dinner was the best thing ever. We sat in the empty corner that we seemed to be taking over and we ate. I didn’t waste any time I enjoyed every second of this meal and near the end a gaggle of girls came over.
