Friday on campus was full of excitement for the game and Adler and the team were treated like celebrities as they walked the halls, getting high fives, fist bumps and shouted encouragement as they passed.
They spent the day doing only light training and sitting in on a long strategy meeting with the coaching staff before being given the afternoon off to rest up.
Adler was in the best mood of his life.
It didn’t even bother him that he didn’t see Jesse around anywhere, because he would get to see her at the game. He would get to show off his skills on the football field to his mate, to show her how fit and athletic he was. How skilled and how great at leading he was. How truly Alpha male he was.
