It's been 3 years since I am hiding from them. I know that they are here. I know they knew where I am. But just to console myself I always think that they didn't know. they are devils in human form. the way they laugh is so creepy and the way they talk shows how much mentally sick they are.
I could never forget that day. The day that changes my life. The day I never wanted to remember. the day which broke me. and the day which changed my whole life.
Flashback --------------------started ----------------
I was in my home. Waiting for Mom and Dad to come home. I was a single child. I don't have any brothers or sisters. I only have my mom and dad who love me dearly. As time passes by there was no news of them and it was getting dark too.
After some time I got a call. When I pick up the phone. My whole world crumble. My mom and dad met an accident. For a moment my mind went blank. I didn't know what to do so I call my maternal uncle and tell them this thing. They come to my house and pick me up.
When we reach the hospital. The doctor was operating on my dad and mom. After some time doctor came. I rushed towards him and ask " Doctor.. Doctor, how are my parents? Are they fine? " Doctor only give me a pity look and said, " Sorry beta. We can't save your parents ". I was so shocked at that time I don't know how to react at that time. My uncle come and hug me and said "Everything is gonna be fine.
Your mom and dad will surely be in heaven and see you from there. Don't need to take tension". Though I know he was also upset like me. Cause his sister died. But he didn't want to show me his weak side. Cause he knows that he needs to support me.
After the funeral of my parents. I started living with my maternal uncle and aunt. But because of less money. I need to shift to my maternal aunt's house. She lives with her husband and a child. The child is a baby boy. And I love him dearly. When my aunt delivered him. We all were so happy. My mom and aunt were like best friends. They share everything with each other.
And the baby boy name was given by my mom only. His name was Dhruv. When my aunt gets to know about this. She cried very much. I talk to her that's why I know.
When I reach Italy. It was a beautiful country. With the bright sun and the fresh air. I fell in love with Italy at that time only. When I reach my aunt's house. My aunt was so happy. She said " Wow. Finally, you came. We were waiting for you. " I said " Yup aunt I am here. We got stuck in traffic. That's why we are late. Sorry for making you wait. "
My aunt said " Why are you being so formal? You were not like this before. Your mom use to tell me how much troublemaker you were and when we use to talk you always crack jokes " By listening to her my eyes get moist.
She gets to know so she instantly says sorry. I said " You are right aunt. I should be back to my old self. I know they are watching me from above. " With that Aunt gave me a warm hug. And lead me to my room where I change myself.
Next morning. My aunt told me that I need to start college. As they enrolled me in some big college in our country. I was excited to go to college and make friends. In the afternoon. I go out from my apartment. I know I am living with my aunt so I don't need to take the tension of money.
But I don't feel good to use their money. So I go to a small cafe it was quite cute. After applying there. I got the job. While going out I saw a library. I love to go library as I love to read books. But I am not a nerd. While going inside.
I took out one book. It was a cute love story of a girl and a boy. While reading. I saw a woman carrying so many books. I ask her if she needs any kind of help. She decline first but then she said yes. I help her out. I got to know that she is the only one who works in a library and it is quite hard for her. So to help her I apply here also. I got two jobs. My cafe job was from 4 to 5 and library one was from 5:30 to 7.
When I reach home. I go towards my aunt and told her that I got a job at first she protest but then I explain to her. That I want to be an independent woman. And now I am not a child. All those things. She told me that from tomorrow onwards my college will start.
I was so happy. I am excited to make new friends and live my teen life.
but little did I know that my college life will change my whole life.
