Sumandal ako sa puno at tumingin sa maaliwalas na kalangitan. It's been three years since I came here. I'm sixteen now. Again.
I'm living alone in the forest and been practicing my powers since when I got here.
I grin when I heard a growl.
"Fen!" Tumayo ako para salubungin siya. Naglalakad ito papalapit sakin habang kagat kagat nito ang leeg ng malaking Itim na baboy... A wild boar. "Good job fen! May pagkain na tayo." Natutuwang sabi ko. Binagsak niya ang baboy sa paanan ko. I pat fen's head. Fen looked at my ankle. I sprained it this morning... My clumsy side is really f****d up.
"I'm fine Fen." Nakangiting sabi ko. "Let's go home?" He growl at me.
"Should I carry you? Master Ey?" Kausap niya sa isip ko.
"Nah. I'm good."
Naglakad kami pabalik sa gitna ng kagubatan kung nasaan ang tinayo kong bahay. Napalingon ako kay Fen. He growl... Do we have unwanted visitor?
Mabilis akong tumakbo sa bahay... Ininda ang sakit ng ankle ko... I'm on my defensive mode when I open the door.... Natigilan ako ng makitang may lalaki sa loob ng bahay ko. He's freaking lying on my bed. He looks comfortable lying there!
Lumingon ito sakin. My eyes widen. His red eyes bored at mine. I'm beyond shock when I stared at his face.
"Master!" I blink thrice and calm down my whole system. He's not him, Eyen. But He looks like ke tho. Cool.
"Calm down, Fen."
A Black hair and red eyes man... A vampire...mabilis itong nakalapit sakin. I hold my breath when he lean his face on my neck. "Your scent is so damn addicting."
What the f*****g f**k!?
"Who are you!?"
This is the first time that I saw a vampire! In my three years living here! Hindi sila gumagala sa lugar nato!! May sarili silang lungga, that's what Fen said when I ask him about other races. They have their own kingdom! They're not a sociable type.
And damn! Ke was really a vampireeeee... I mean! May kamukha siya na nasa harap ko ngayon at bampira pa! Ke have fangs and His eyes red too— that's also the reason why his code name is Vampire/Vamps... He's the Vampire wanna be in Earth hahaha.
My eyes widen and I gasp when the stranger who looks like kean lick my neck. Mabilis ko siyang tinulak.
"I'm thirsty." He said in a serious voice while seriously staring at me.
"Then drink!?" Tinuro ko pa ang lalagyan ng tubig. He glare at me. I ignored him and My eyes settled on his white shirt that have a blood stain. "What happened to you?" I ask.
"You don't need to know." Ako naman ang tumingin sa kanya ng masama. Bakit ang sungit nito!!?
"Nasa bahay kaya kita!!!"
"So?" Malamig nitong tugon. I heave a sigh. Wala akong makukuha kapag nakipagtalo ako sa isang 'to. Teka... Ano ba ang pangalan ng bampirang to? Bakit napadpad siya dito? And I thought Vampires always wear black? Right? Sa earth— vampires wears black! Hahaha as if vampires exist on earth. It only exist in books but in this world— the creatures and magic that you will only read in books, exists in this world.
Tinitigan ko ang lalaking nakaupo na ngayon sa kama ko... He's handsome alright. Like a vampire, maputla ang balat nito. Sobrang itim din ng medyo mahabang buhok nito. His eyes are super red like a blood, of course! He's a vampire and also, he have a fangs. Duh! Bampira nga Eyen! Malamang may pangil yan... Matangos ang ilong nito... And his lips... So damn red!! And he have a perfect square jaw!
"Stop staring." Malamig nitong saad. I sigh again and smile at him.
"I'm Eyen Guerero." Nakangiting pakilala ko. Inabot ko ang kamay ko sa kanya para makipagshake hand.
"Master! He's dangerous! We don't know him yet!" Angal ni Fen na kinakausap ulit ako sa isip.
"It's okay, Fen. We can kill him if he do something stupid." Hindi na sumagot si fen. But I'm just kidding tho... I can't kill a guy who looks exactly like my bestfriend!
These vampire guy look at my hand and then at my back where fen was. "A fenrir huh? Rare." He said. He then look at my hand again. Sarap kutusan ng lalaking 'to!!
"What do you want?" He ask. "Why are you giving your hand to me? You want me to drink in your wrist? Fine!"
"Uy putangina!" Binawi ko ang kamay ko at tinago sa likuran ko. Sumama ang mukha ng bampira. "Nakikipag shake hands ako!"
"Shake hands?" He said, curious. Right! Hindi nila alam yun!? Sabagay! Noong makilala ko si Gabriel, hindi din niya alam ang shake hands... I sigh. Kinuha ko ang kamay niya at nakipag shake hand.
"Yan! That's a shake hands."
"Oh?" He tilt his head to the side. Cute.
"Hindi ka pa nagpapakilala. Who are you!?"
"I'm really thirsty!"
"Well, really thirsty. Nice to meet you." He glared at me again. Mahina akong natawa na ikinagulat niya. Then his face went blank again.
"My name is Hakken."
"Nice name."
"Yours too." I grin at his response.
"Bakit nga pala may dugo ang shirt mo?" I ask. Hindi niya ako sinagot. "Did someone attack you? Or you hunt your food here?"
"You're so nosy." He look away and stare outside. "A demon attacked. I already took care of it." Demon? Sabagay, sa loob ng tatlong taon madami na akong napatay na demons.. hehe even on Earth, I'm killing devil... A devil person.
I smile at him. "Are you really thirsty hakken?" Binaling ulit nito ang tingin sakin. "Dahil mabait ako, I will let you drink my blood. But don't dare turn me into vampire! And don't suck all of my blood! I don't want to die!" Again!
"Master!"
A small smile plastered on his sexy lips. He's even more handsome when he smile.
"Just drink on my wrist." I said. Agad nitong hinawakan ang kamay ko. He kiss my wrist first that made me gulp and my breathing hitch and my heart beat faster when he lick my wrist before he dig his fangs into my flesh.
"Ahh." I can feel the pain coming thru. I can endure it. I can even endure bullets penetrating my flesh when I was a human after all.
I can feel my world spinning. "Stop!" I said. He's drinking too much. He lick my wrist again. I heard Fen growl loudly.
"Don't dare attack me Fenrir!" May babala sa boses nito. Fen keeps on growling. "I won't hurt her." Pinangko ako nito at ihiniga sa kama.
"You have a sweet scent and your blood is even sweeter. I'm taking a claim on you." He lick his lips... I keep on blinking. "Eyen." Malambing nitong sambit sa pangalan ko. "You're mine."
"Hakken!!" I heard another male voice... I'm still clearing my vision.. and when I can see clearly, now, Another handsome vampire came into view. Umupo ako sa kama at nakatulala na sa lalaking bagong dating.
"What is it, Knite!"
"We need to go back! You already killed demons lurking around in this house, so let's go back." Demons lurking around my house? Tumingin sakin ang bagong dating na bampira, napatingin ulit ito kay hakken at sakin ulit at kay hakken ulit at sa akin na naman.
He smell the air and look intently at me. "Your blood smell, sweet." Nakatitig pa din ako sakanya... This guy looks like him.
"She's mine Knite!"
"Huh?" Sambit ko. I blink.
"Too bad." Ngumuso ang lalaking tinawag niyang Knite. "He tasted your blood already?" He ask. "Ah Hakken, i thought you don't want your fangs digging into someone's flesh other than your mate—" the guy eyes widen. Parang Natigilan sa sariling sinabi at nakatulalang tumitig sakin ng ilang segundo...
"I'm just thirsty!" Hakken tsked.
"Yeah. He's just thirsty." The guy grinned. "And you let him drink?"
"I'm nice that's why." I shrug. I always want to see a Vampire!!! Ahahaha and here it is. I see two of 'em. Both handsome! Holy s**t! And both of 'em looks like my friends!!!
"If I'm thirsty will you let me drink on your neck?" Knite ask... I stare at him. "I'm just kidding." He said when his gaze turn to Hakken.
"Let's go home." Tumayo na si hakken. Malamig itong tumitig sakin. "I'll see you again, Eyen." He gave me a small smile before they vanished infront of me.
Napatulala lang ako at hindi na mawala sa isip ko ang ngiti niya. What the heck? Fudge! He's a handsome vampire! And he's really more handsome when he smile! Ngumisi ako. Pangarap ko talagang makakita ng bampira kahit noon pang nabubuhay ako sa mundong minulatan ko.
A vampires that looks like ke and chaos.
"Master." Hinaplos ko ang ulo ni fen.
"I'm fine fen." Tumayo na ako. "I will prepare our food." I said. Kinuha ko ang kutsilyo at pumunta sa labas, nakabuntot naman sakin si Fen... I started cleaning the boar. Matapos kong makuhanan ng balahibo at lamang loob, nilinisan ko ulit at nilagyan ng pampalasa... Tinusok ko naman ang bamboo tree na nakuha ko kanina. Magle-lechon ako... Nilagay ko na ang dulo ng bamboo tree sa magkabilang kahoy..
"Fire." May lumabas na apoy sa kamay ko at hinagis yun sa mga kahoy na nakatumpok sa ilalim ng baboy ramo.
"Eyen." Napalingon ako sa taong tumawag sakin. Ngumisi ako.
"Uncle Felipé!" Kumaway pa ako sa kanya habang pinapaikot ikot ang bamboo tree. Lumapit ito sakin kasama ang dalawang knight na nakabantay sa kanya. Reimos and Jenos.
"Kuya Reimos, kuya Jenos." Nakangiting sabi ko. "Anong meron?" I ask
The three of 'em smile. "Remember that you will going to Realm Races Academy!?" Kuya Rei said.
"Oh?" I blink. Nakangising lumapit sakin si Kuya Jenos. He pat my head.
"Tomorrow will be the practical examination and you will coming with us to buy your things."
"Will Gabriel will be there?" I ask.
"Yes. Yes." Nakangising sabi ni Uncle Felipé "he already take the practical examination since he will be heading to the east tomorrow."
"East? Why?"
"Kingdom matter." Oh?
"Can I finish this first?" Tiningnan ko ang nile-lechon. "Gusto ko po munang kumain."
"Yes. Of course." Uncle Felipé said.
Umupo sa kabilang dulo si kuya Jenos ang hinawakan ang bamboo tree ang tumulong sa pag iikot ko ng lechon... Kuya Reimos and Uncle Felipé sat beside me.
"Here's your money." Inabot sakin ni Kuya Reimos ang perang nasa money bag. May bumibili kasi ng demons sa bayan. Yung patay na ha!
Ngumiti ako kay Kuya. "Thanks." I look at Uncle Felipé. "Should I apply being a Knight? Para may sahod ako?"
"Oh! Gabriel will be happy to have you!" We laugh at what Uncle said.
"He surely will."
"Did you level up?"
"Yep kuya Rei." I put my forefinger and thumb on my chin and make it look like I'm thinking. "I'm on level 130, Fen said." Sinulyapan ko si Fen. He's busy looking at our food. Naglalaway pa hahaha.
"W-what!!!?"— Reimos
"It's not even shocking if its you." Kuya Jenos said. I grin.
"I'm awesome. I know."
"Don't show too much magic in the practical. You don't want to stand out right?"
"Yeah. I will tito."
We talk about the practical examination and about me coming to the Capital. I need to buy weapons too. Matapos din naming kumain— I prepare every things I have and when I'm done— binuksan ni Kuya Jenos ang portal. Which is his magic— it's the fastest way to go to the other places. I just leave Fen here... He after all live in that forest. I can call him anytime, anyways.
"Let's go?" Ngumiting inabot ko ang kamay ko kay kuya Jenos at sabay kaming pumasok sa portal... And when we step out... We we're inside a house.. nope.. this is a huge mansion. I look up and stare at the chandelier..
Not shocking at all... They're nobles afterall....
"Welcome to the Royal Palace, Eyen." Royal Palace?
I look at uncle Felipé who has now wearing a cape and crown.. a king.
"Eh?" I stare at him. "Woah! You're a king!?" Fudge. I bow my head to uncle Felipé
"You're not even that shocked."
I look up to look at him. "Yeah. I mean. I'm shock a little bit but I know you're an important person." I glance at kuya Reimos and kuya Jenos. "I know that you're a noble man. But king? Well... Not really that shocking. I already thought about you being one." I smile at him. "But you should have told me!" Ngumuso ako.
It actually feels like I'm talking to Uncle Killion— my friend's dad— a king too... They have the same vibes tho— uncle Kill don't feel like being a king.
"My bad. I want to see your reaction when you find out."
The two knights chuckled.
"Ahm... I will stay here???" Takang tanong ko. "In the palace?"
"Of course! Saan kapa ba titira? I offered you home right? You will be staying here with us." Napatulala ako kay Uncle Felipé
