CHAPTER 16
Blake and I did not sleep until it was the crack of dawn. My eyes captured an indigo hue before I totally closed my exhausted eyes. My dead tired body was wrapped around in Blake's strong arms, which provided me with warmth. I felt so safe next to him like this. as if he would protect me with his life, from any signs of harm. I wished it would include not letting me go later, because parting with him would be too painful for me.
He was so right when he said there were ways to make love without having to result in rough s*x but it still had a mind-blowing and very satisfying union of bodies with no evidence of force or brutishness…just unadulterated pleasure.
