CHAPTER 18
GRACIELLA
My fifteenth day here in Sydney.
My college classes started twelve days ago. I met the entire class members, mostly new faces but I came across a few I knew back in Denmark. Unlike our school there...this school was a lot bigger, the college offered various courses.
I was right when I presumed there would be a big difference between high school and college.
One— was the environment, I could lose myself on the campus. It was huge.
Two—students' way of life. The students seemed more serious and engrossed in their studies. It was hard to find idle students along school alleys, everyone seemed on the go, catching on to something. The library was where they live. Researching. Reading. Doing other school tasks.
I was lucky, Dad got me an apartment nearby last week,
