Zerena's P.O.V. Left in the dark again, only not alone. I couldn't see them, but I could feel Percy's eyes still on me. I don't know why, but it made me want to shrink down. "So what now Zerena?" Percy's tone was cold. "We pretend to have s*x again." I muttered. "At some point pretending isn't going to be enough." Percy warned. "Well at that point, we'll pretend to break up." I snapped. "You think he'd let us?" Percy grabbed my wrist, pulling me towards him. "Probably not." I sighed. This will have to continue for a while. I really need to get better about bending the truth in front of the scientist. I gotta act like me yet not me. It makes my head hurt. I don't know how Percy's been doing this for so long. How do you keep up with all the lies? "So again, what now, Zerena?
